Constance Howard - It's Never Too Late To Change Course

Constance Howard is an Executive Coach specializing in empowering professional woman to build confidence and make significant changes in their personal and/or professional lives.

After 35+ years in broadcast news, Constance realized it was time to make a change, even though she had accomplished great things in her career.  It was exciting and provided a sense of fulfillment and Constance was among the first African Americans to become a News Director in the country.  

Sitting in a meeting one day, she realized her voice was getting smaller.  She no longer felt valued but felt irrelevant in the profession that once fueled her passion.  Was she going to ride out her career feeling "less than" and stuck?  Not knowing where to go for advice, she vowed to rebuild her life.

It was time to use her God-given gifts and talents to empower  professional women to make difficult life and career transitions with clarity, confidence, and courage.  No woman should feel stuck, alone or unfulfilled.  It's never too late to change.
